Jenny Leming is a principal in Mercer’s health actuarial practice. Her primary responsibilities include providing strategy consulting and actuarial services such as: financial analyses and renewal negotiations, rate setting, plan design analysis, reserving, and consulting in the retiree medical sphere. Jenny has over 17 years of experience in health actuarial analysis. Aside from working at Mercer, she has prior work experience within consulting as well was working with a provider group and the Ohio Department of Insurance. While there, she regulated health products issued in Ohio for actuarial soundness and statutory compliance.
